Our collaboration with Cannara at the Kind Gardens event in Vancouver’s scenic harbor was a strategic project aimed at enhancing their booth presence at the event. Project planning

logistics and transport

Navigating the logistics of transporting a large LED screen to an event venue can present challenges, but our team managed every detail on behalf of Cannara. We coordinated the safe transport of the screen and its components to the Harbour Event Centre in Vancouver, taking into account factors such as distance and travel time to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Once on-site, we worked efficiently to move the components from the loading dock into the venue and worked with the venue’s AV team to ensure a reliable power source for the screen throughout the event.
